Step 3: Click the tracking link
Simply click the tracking link in your email, or enter your tracking number on the courier's website.

⏰ DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within:
• Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 3-4 business days
• Other areas: 4-5 business days
• Remote locations: 5-7 business days

❓ COMMON TRACKING QUESTIONS

Q: I haven't received my tracking number yet
A: Tracking numbers are sent within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If it's been longer, contact us at alexandraseemola@gmail.com

Q: My tracking shows "In Transit" for several days
A: This is normal! Packages can stay "In Transit" while moving between courier depots. Allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us.

Q: Tracking shows "Out for Delivery"
A: Great news! Your package will arrive today. Please ensure someone is available to sign for it.

Q: Tracking shows "Delivery Attempted"
A: The courier tried to deliver but no one was available. Check for a collection notice or contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.

Q: My tracking isn't updating
A: Sometimes tracking updates are delayed. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ days, contact us and we'll investigate.
