• Free shipping is included on all orders within South Africa

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.2 Shipping Costs
Free nationwide shipping is included on all orders.

4.3 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

4.4 Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 4-7 business days.

4.5 Delivery Requirements
• A signature is required upon delivery
• You must provide accurate shipping information
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer

4.6 Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 Return Eligibility
• Unopened products in original packaging: 7-day return window
• Opened wigs: Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (exchanges available for defective products only)
• Skincare products: Cannot be returned once opened (exchanges available for defective products only)

5.2 Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• All wigs are made from 100% human hair unless otherwise stated
• Wigs can be styled, dyed, and heat-treated like natural hair

• Once worn, wigs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

6.2 Skincare Products
• Results may vary depending on individual skin type and condition
• Patch test recommended before full application
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Consult a dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns
